Each week, we welcome a new selection of local artisans and independent brands, giving visitors something fresh to discover with every visit.
Whether you’re an established trader or testing a new idea, our beautifully located studios in the heart of the Norfolk Broads provide the perfect setting to showcase your work and connect with customers.

Pick your Pop Up
Pop up Studio 1
Our largest pop-up studio, ideally located next to Willow Tree Delicatessen and overlooking the main entrance to the Wroxham Barns site. This high-visibility position benefits from excellent passing footfall, making it a standout space for showcasing your business.
The unit measures 3.4m x 3.2m, offering generous space for displays, fixtures, and customer interaction.
Pop up Studio 2
Our smallest pop-up studio, positioned opposite Willow Tree Delicatessen and close to the main entrance to Wroxham Barns. With excellent visibility to passing footfall, this studio stands out thanks to its distinctive blue beach-hut style exterior.
Compact and full of character, this space is an ideal starting point for makers or small businesses looking to test the waters of in-person trading in a supportive setting.
The unit measures 2.9m x 2.3m.
Pop up Studio 3
This pop-up studio is located next door to Pop-Up Studio 2, in a prime position. Its standout feature is the large front window, making it ideal for creating an eye-catching window display that draws attention from passing visitors.
With generous natural light, this studio offers a great opportunity to showcase your products as people move through the site.
The unit measures 3.8m x 3m.

Studio Access & Trading Schedule
Your booking gives you access to your Pop-Up Studio from Monday through to Sunday.
While you’re welcome to trade all week, we typically suggest setting up on Monday and trading from Tuesday to Sunday to make the most of the visitor flow. Trading hours must be 10am to 5pm in line with our permanent tenants.
Please ensure your studio is fully vacated by 6pm on your final day (Sunday).
