AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

Pick up your passport on arrival which will take you through all of Wroxham Barns. Children can collect stamps as they go. In addition to our Christmas fun, your tickets INCLUDE all animal petting activities on Junior Farm and rides on the Fun Park!

North Pole Post Office

Before your big moment with Santa, become an official North Pole helper—children can sort through jolly letters from around the world, then write their own special note to hand to Santa himself!

Private meeting with Santa

Step into Santa’s magical grotto for a truly private visit – just for you and your group. With space for up to 14 people, there’s no need to share your time with other families. Invite your loved ones and make unforgettable memories together!

Choose your own gift

Once you have met Santa, your child will receive a golden coin to exchange in Santa's Toy Shop for a gift of their choice.

Decorate gingerbread with Mrs Claus

Step into Mrs Claus’s cosy kitchen and lend a hand decorating delicious gingerbread. It’s a firm favourite with our little visitors – though we’re never quite sure whether they enjoy the decorating or the tasting more!

Reindeer HQ

Step into our cosy Christmas cabin and get hands-on! After a sprinkling of North Pole magic dust, little ones will create their own bags of reindeer food – a special sparkling mix designed to guide Santa’s reindeer to your home on Christmas Eve. Children will scoop, mix, and package their food with care, ready to take home as part of their magical preparations.

The Mischief Den

Something mischievous is afoot in the village this Christmas…

Step into a topsy-turvy corner of festive fun, where the decorations aren’t quite right, and the Christmas tree looks suspiciously tampered with! You’ll be welcomed by a rather green and grumpy visitor from a snowy mountain nearby – he’s not exactly full of festive cheer, but he might just warm up with a little help from you.

No. This is the time you will meet Santa. Our experience runs from 9am to 6:45pm and you are welcome to be with us all day! 

If you choose to pay a 25% deposit to secure your slot, the remainder of your balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your visit. If you would rather pay sooner, you can do this anytime by logging into your account. We will be in touch to remind you when any payments are due. 

Santa's grotto is large enough to accommodate up to 14 people (adults & children). You will experience a private meeting for your group.

Unfortunately, there are no guarantees we can find another. We expect The Christmas Experience to be a sell out event. Therefore, it is really important to arrive in good time to meet Santa. We cannot be held accountable if you miss your time as we will have other guests waiting. 

If you have a baby in a pram or sling that does not require a gift from Santa, there is no charge. However, if you would like them to receive a gift, we ask that you do book them on with an Under 2 ticket charged at £10.

Absolutely! The Christmas Experience takes place across both Junior Farm and the Fun Park and your ticket INCLUDES access to everything. No hidden costs. 

He sure does. Prior to your visit, we will request some information from you to pass on to Santa ensuring your children receive a magical experience. 

Santa will give each child a golden coin which they can spend in our spectacular toy shop on a gift of their choice. All toys are categorised in age groups to make it easier to find a suitable toy. 

Tickets are non-refundable. We ask for only a 25% deposit upfront to secure your space or the full amount can be paid should you wish. 

Being on a farm, you will be outdoors, however, each of our activities are all either undercover or inside. We would recommend wrapping up warm and wearing suitable footwear.
