Will we have the opportunity to meet the green guy?

No. This is the time you will meet Santa. We do suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your slot to give you time to check in with our team, collect your passport for the day and head over to the North Pole Post Office before meeting Santa himself.

You are welcome to enjoy The Christmas Experience for a full day from opening until closing. 

Santa's grotto is large enough to accommodate up to 14 people (adults & children). You will experience a private meeting for your group. 

If you choose to pay a 25% deposit to secure your slot, the remainder of your balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your visit. If you would rather pay sooner, you can do this anytime by logging into your account. We will be in touch to remind you when any payments are due. 

If you have a baby in a pram or sling that does not require a gift from Santa, there is no charge. However, if you would like them to receive a gift, we ask that you do book them on with an Under 2 ticket charged at £10.

Absolutely! The Christmas Experience takes place across both Junior Farm and the Fun Park and your ticket INCLUDES access to everything. No hidden costs. 

The Christmas Experience lasts as long as you like! You're welcome to join us anytime between 10am to 5pm, with plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained. Meet and greets with our mischievous green friend will take place at various times throughout the day, and you can also enjoy all the usual farm antics and fun park rides alongside the various Christmas activities. With so much to see and do, every moment is full of festive fun!

He sure does. Prior to your visit, we will request some information from you to pass on to Santa ensuring your children receive a magical experience. 

Santa will give each child a golden coin which they can spend in our spectacular toy shop on a gift of their choice. All toys are categorised in age groups to make it easier to find a suitable toy. 

Tickets are non-refundable. We ask for only a 25% deposit upfront to secure your space or the full amount can be paid should you wish. 

Being on a farm, you will be outdoors, however, each of our activities are all either undercover or inside. We do recommend wrapping up warm and wearing suitable footwear. 

To make sure everyone enjoys the full experience, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled Santa slot to allow time for check-in and wristbands. We cannot guarantee alternative slots if you’re late, as other guests will be waiting. Arriving early helps ensure the magic isn’t missed!
