BELIEVE IN THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS
possibly the best Santa Experience for little ones in Norfolk
Norfolk’s sell-out Christmas experience is back and this year we’ve worked hard to ensure we’re Covid secure. Taking place every weekend in December PLUS 21st, 22nd, 23rd and for the first time EVER Christmas Eve too. We’re delighted to announce that Norfolk’s favourite Santa has agreed once again to take time out of his busy schedule at the North Pole to come to Junior Farm at Wroxham Barns with his Elves for his hugely popular ‘Santa Experience’ and this year there’s even more fun to be had with our ALL-NEW Live Animal nativity, new Elf Academy, New Toy Shop and New Snow Storm Barn.
To ensure we’re Covid safe this year, we’ve work tirelessly not to disappoint the little ones and we’re so pleased we can offer a fun and safe experience for everyone. This year we have reduced capacity to ensure social distancing is possible. The experience will work in bubbles therefore we have had to put some parameters in place. There will be a minimum number of 4 and a maximum of 6 people per bubble, but please don’t worry, because if you have less than 4 people, there are options available to you, or you can join another bubble, as long as the number does not exceed 6.
We are offering an immersive and very special ‘Santa Experience’ lasting over 2 hours and NO QUEUES! We will be bringing alive the magic of Christmas for your little ones and an opportunity to spend quality time with Santa and his Elves. Children will take part in an all new Elf Academy with our mischievous North Pole Elves and at their Graduation Ceremony they will receive an Elf School Diploma Certificate and an Elf Hat to take away (parents you don’t miss out, you will receive an Elf Hat too!). There will be good quality Christmas crafts too, where the children can decorate a lovely craft to take away. Now, onto our all new real animal Nativity, see the Donkeys and other animals with our elves. you will then meet the man in red himself for story time and Reindeer Food making, finally you will need to head to our new Toy Shop to choose ANY gift you like!.
There will be lots of photo opportunities where you can take some fabulous images to keep and to share with family and friends, we also have our new Snow Storm barn filled with Christmas trees and snow!

Junior Farm is accessible to wheelchairs but please be aware that all paths on the farm are gravelled. There is ramp access into the event venues.
Can I bring food and drink?
Because the event is held on Junior Farm, sadly no food or drink is allowed, but of course your wristband allows access on and off the farm all day which you might like to do before or after The Santa Experience event.
Are there toilets close by?
Toilets are situated close to Junior Farm – in the courtyard near the Courtyard Cafe
Can I go on the farm and see the animals?
Yes of course. Your tickets grants access to Junior farm, so you can also see the animals once your experience has ended.
Can I purchase tickets on the day?
This event sells out well in advance every year, and as capacity is limited this year, we do expect demand to be high, it is unlikely you can purchase tickets on the day, but do call us, but do not turn up without booking for the experience as we will be unable to admit you.
Arrival time and place?
On arrival, head to the Junior Farm kiosk. Please arrive 10 minutes before you experience start time, this ensures we are managing queues safely with staggered times, if you arrive earlier you can of course browse our studios or grab some drinks or food in our catering areas.
Do I need to pay for babies in arms?
Yes, as this year we are working on a reduced capacity and operating a bubble system to ensure we’re covid secure every person must purchase a ticket, we have gifts and crafts relevant for various age groups.
Can I bring extra people who I haven’t booked for?
All people visiting the experience must be booked, we have to adhere to track and trace guidance and capacity limits, if you have extra people please call us in advance, but you cannot exceed a group of 6 in total.
How are you ensuring this event is Covid safe?
We have been open since the 4th July and worked really hard on putting parameters in place to keep everyone safe, and the feedback has been fantastic, around the site you will see lots of safety signage and hand sanitizer, on Junior farm there are lots of hand washing facilities with warm water. We have reduced the capacity for our santa experience, and ensured the spaces work for social distancing for family bubbles, our team will wear face coverings in the indoor areas, and it is also the law you must too, unless medically exempt. Junior farm is also working on a one way system.
Can the children still get close to Santa?
Santa will be in the room with your children to greet them, talk to them and read a story, this will all take place from a distance whilst your family group remain at their designated table, this is to keep everyone safe and means Santa does not need to wear a face covering.
What can I do if I have less people than 4?
We have the option to pay an upgrade to take the bubble, we wil lthen give you a complimentary £5 voucher to spend in our catering areas
If you have 3 people the upgrade charge is £9
If you have 2 people the upgrade charge is £15
