We have two price categories depending on whether your party falls within a school holiday or during term time. Our basic party package offers everything you need for a birthday party to remember, however, we do also have a range of optional extras from which you can choose to add to your party for some extra pizazz!

Prices include up to 10 children. You can add more up to a maximum of 25.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have a Bluetooth speaker you are more than welcome to use. Please let us know if you wish to borrow our speaker prior to your party date.

The party food will be delivered directly to the Party Room, 30 minutes prior to the end of your 2 hour session.

Yes, of course! You are more than welcome to stay until the site closes at 5pm. However, you must vacate the Party Room after your 2-hour session.

The tables in the Party Room will have tablecloths on, plus the room will have a party themed decor. You are more than welcome to add your own decorations. Please note, we only allow use of white tac on the walls.

Access for the host family to the Party Room is 15 minutes prior to your booked 2-hour session.

You can book a Junior Farm host as one of our optional upgrades for £60. This also includes a private petting session. If you would prefer not to, you are free to come and go as you please and the room will be yours to use as you wish for the 2 hours you have booked. Our friendly staff will be on hand should you have any questions.

We offer a range of additional catering items including a tea or coffee urn and sandwich platters for the grown-ups, upgrade the kids lunchbox to pizza & chips or mini afternoon tea and add slushies to your party. Additional catering items can be purchased at checkout or via your account prior to your party date.

You are more than welcome to bring along your own cake. Please do let us know if you would like to borrow a cake slice, napkins and serving platter prior to your party date. Please note, we are unable to provide a knife.

Your birthday party can be managed via your online account, where you are able to submit sandwich choices, dietary requirements and add on additional extras. Please do get in touch to discuss any other requirements via info@wroxhambarns.co.uk

Yes. Please do let us know of any dietary requirements prior to your party date. Dietary requirements can be submitted via your online account.

You can have up to 10 children included for the price of our party regardless of age. If you have additional guests aged under 2, they are free to attend. However, if you would like them to receive a lunchbox (or food of your choice if you upgrade), they will need to be booked on as an extra party guest at the checkout and will be charged £5.

Yes, the birthday child is included in your party guest numbers.

Each child can have one responsible adult free of charge. The birthday child can have 2. Any additional grown-ups must be booked on as an extra paying adult at £10pp.
