Wroxham Barns is proud to be part of The Broads Authority’s Broads Quality Charter scheme which was set up 10 years ago with independent inspectors grading food & drink establishments in the Broads and awarding a charter mark. This award identifies to visitors looking for somewhere to eat and drink in the Broads that a business has been assessed to a specific standard and the full report highlights the findings and comments of the assessor not only relating to the food offering available but also the service and hospitality as well as remarking on the interior and exterior areas such as parking, toilets and accessibility.
Wroxham Barns has once again been awarded Gold standard following our recent assessment, achieving a score of 94% and ranking us in the top 3 for our Barn Restaurant. The Inspector not only awarded the maximum score of 5 for food but also praised the character, cleanliness and service in the restaurant. It was particularly rewarding for our hardworking staff to read comments such as
“An extremely pleasant dining experience”
“A very friendly manner experienced through the meal and also noted with all team members to other guests”
“Too full to take desserts!!.
“A very friendly and efficient team”
