Wroxham Barns is set in the heart of the Norfolk countryside just ten miles from Norwich. We have plenty of free parking for cars and coaches, plus disabled spaces too.

The M11, A11, A12, A140 and A14 bring visitors to Norwich from London and the South-East and the A47, A17 and A1 from the Midlands and the North. From Norwich take the A1151 towards Wroxham and then follow the “brown tourist” signs onto Tunstead Road. From the North Norfolk coasts, take the A1151 via Stalham or North Walsham.

First Bus service 11, Sanders Travel services 10 and X11 and Pink Line service 12 run regular daily services Monday to Saturday from Norwich to Roys Department Store in Wroxham. Wroxham Barns is linked to the village of Wroxham by the only privately owned footpath in Norfolk. The walk is 1.5 miles.  See the image below for more info!
