Stephen came to the Barns in 1996 and produces pure, fresh apple juice every day, as well as award-winning, preservative and additive-free cider. A real cider expert, Stephen worked at both Gaymers and Bulmers. He learnt many of his skills from working with village cider makers in South Norfolk and is proud to be keeping such old traditions alive.
