Waiter / Waitress Vacancies in the Norfolk Broads

Here is some key information that may be of interest:
- We are open 7 days a week all year round, from 10.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. (last orders at 4.45 p.m.)
- We have an 84 covers table service Restaurant-Café and a 36 covers self service coffee shop. In addition we have some outdoor benches for customers.
- We pride ourselves on all our food being fresh cooked, with an emphasis on local suppliers.
What do we look for in our staff?
- A clear sense of teamwork, a willingness to work to find solutions to problems, a positive attitude to work and colleagues.
- A smart appearance and a good sense of humour; we like characters, not clones!
- A willingness to take on responsibility when required.
- Flexibility, a willingness to adapt and improvise when needs demand, we do get very busy sometimes.
- A sense of enjoyment in giving good service, of going the extra yard for our customers, pride in a job well done.
- Ideally we are looking for staff who have had some serving experience, but a willingness to learn and undertake training is also important. Basic level in Food Safety is an advantage.
- Honesty and good timekeeping are essential.
- We need full (5 day week) and part-time staff. We offer competitive rates of pay, depending on experience.
