The Awards say it all... in the Norfolk Broads
At Wroxham Barns we are committed to making sure that all our visitors enjoy their time with us and we pride ourselves on the quality of our customer service. So we were all exceptionally pleased when we won the Outstanding Customer Service award in the recent Enjoy England Awards for Excellence, (Eastern Region), beating off competition from tourist attractions in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
The awards ceremony, which took place in October, was aimed at recognising excellence in the tourism industry and we will now be entered for the National Awards, to be presented in April 2008.
Our commitment to our customers has also been recognised in the EDP Tourism Awards (results to be announced soon) where we have reached the finals in the categories of Customer Care and Best Marketing Initiative.
And our consistent drive to improve Wroxham Barns as an attraction was recognised in the recent EDP Business Awards, where we were finalists in the Enterprise Category, which commended the changes which we have made at the Barns in the last 18 months, such as the introduction of new retail outlets and the improvements we have made to Junior Farm and the restaurant.
